| Bio: |  I'm a medical scientist, music teacher, hoping to be a forensic pathologist one day, Catholic, neat freak... I worship Dana Scully from The X-Files and Kay Scarpetta from Patricia Cornwell's novels. Football is my favourite sport for many reasons, the most important of which is that it doesn't matter where you're from, whether you're rich or poor, whether you're a guy or a girl, anyone can participate in football. It is truly The World Game. Ruud van Nistelrooy has been my favourite player for a while. He is most probably the best striker in our time, although many others may disagree. Sure, he may not have the pace of Cristiano Ronaldo, the tricks of Ronaldinho, or the marketability of David Beckham, but he does what a striker is meant to do - score goals. Lots of goals. Ruud's phenomenal records speak for themselves. My interest in tennis has returned, thanks to some inspiring performances recently by Roger Federer and especially Rafael Nadal. Rafa has some OCD-ish habits which may be irritating to some, but overall he's a good lad, with a positive attitude and fighting spirit, and doesn't throw McEnroe-styled tantrums when things don't go his way. Hope his hard work and tenacity will take him to No. 1 in the near future.
